The high and low bounds are limited by factors of 2 and 0.5 of the model mid-line (black). Averaged core porosity data are plotted versus averaged core permeability data for the 10 Stenlille wells cored in the upper part of the Gassum formation (colour-filled symbols). A porosity cut-off of 15 % was applied prior to calculating averages. Log-based averages used for defining the general permeability model are plotted for comparison (small, open diamonds). The local Stenlille permeability model is related to the general permeability through a constant (here C = 0.5); i.e. k _L = 0.5·k _G.
